The Jordan Company Acquires PQ Group Holding’s Performance Materials Business
Kirkland advised an affiliate of The Jordan Company, L.P. on its acquisition of the Performance Materials business of PQ Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PQG), a leading global provider of specialty catalysts, materials and chemicals and services. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
