Kirkland Represents Barentz International on Acquisition of Maroon Group

Kirkland advised Barentz International, a leading global life science distributor and portfolio company of Cinven, an international private equity firm, on its acquisition of Maroon Group, a distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemicals, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close later this year. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
