Kirkland Advises Growth Catalyst Partners on Debut Private Equity Fund

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Growth Catalyst Partners (GCP), a Chicago and Connecticut based private equity firm focused on high growth middle market companies in the marketing, information and tech-enabled services sectors, on the successful closing of GCP’s $130 million debut private equity fund, GCP Fund I. GCP Fund I secured commitments from a diversified set of institutional investors, family offices and senior executives from the target investment sectors.
