Kirkland Advises AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets on Acquisition of Kadans Science Partner Platform

Kirkland & Ellis is advising AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (“AXA IM - Real Assets”) on the acquisition of the Kadans Science Partner platform (“Kadans”) from funds advised by Oaktree Capital Management L.P. 

Kadans is a fully integrated developer, owner and operator of science parks and lab offices which has a market leading position in Europe and the acquisition represents AXA IM - Real Assets’ entry into the European life science sector.
