Kirkland Represents Service Logic on Acquisition by Leonard Green & Partners from Warburg Pincus

Kirkland & Ellis advised Service Logic, the largest independent provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair and replacement services for commercial HVAC equipment, on its agreement to be acquired by Leonard Green & Partners from Warburg Pincus. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Service Logic will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer Craig Steinke and the rest of the current management team.
