Kirkland Advises Starwood Funds on Recommended Cash Acquisition of RDI REIT PLC

Kirkland & Ellis is advising SOF-12 Cambridge BidCo Limited, a newly formed company owned by Starwood Funds, on the recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of RDI REIT, other than RDI REIT Shares already owned or controlled by Starwood Funds. The acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of RDI REIT at approximately £467.9 million on a fully diluted basis.

Kirkland advised Starwood Funds on the acquisition of a significant strategic shareholding in RDI REIT in July 2020.
