Kirkland Represents Stone Point Capital on Acquisition of CoreLogic for $6 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis advised Stone Point Capital, a financial services-focused private equity firm, on its acquisition alongside Insight Partners, a leading global venture capital and private equity firm, of CoreLogic® (NYSE: CLGX), a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, for approximately $6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
