Kirkland Advises Windjammer Capital on Investment in IPS Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Windjammer Capital on its investment in IPS Group, Inc., an industry pioneer delivering Intelligent Parking Systems and payment software to transportation and parking operations globally. Financial terms were not disclosed.
