Kirkland Advises EW Healthcare Partners on Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Majorelle

Kirkland & Ellis advised EW Healthcare Partners, a focused healthcare investor, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Laboratoires Majorelle (“Majorelle”). Headquartered in Paris, Majorelle is a French specialty pharma company focused on prescription and OTC products in women’s health and urology that offer health solutions for men and women in France.
