Kirkland Represents Industrial Growth Partners on Sale of Electric Power Systems and North American Substation Services to Arcline Investment Management
Kirkland & Ellis advised Industrial Growth Partners (“IGP”) on the simultaneous sale of Electric Power Systems International, Inc. and North American Substation Services (collectively “EPS-NASS”) to an investment affiliate of Arcline Investment Management. EPS-NASS provides comprehensive, specialized services across transformers, protective relay and control systems, and other related substation apparatus equipment such as breakers, batteries and switchgear. As part of the transaction IGP has reinvested in EPS-NASS.
