Kirkland Advises Bertram Capital on $940M Fourth Fund

Kirkland advised Bertram Capital on the closing of Bertram Growth Capital IV LP and Bertram Growth Capital IV-A LP, with $940 million of total capital commitments ($875 million from limited partners and $65 million from the general partner), which is significantly above the initial hard cap of $800 million and 80% above its prior fund.  The new fund will continue Bertram’s proprietary buy and build strategy, anchored by Bertram Labs, the firm’s in-house technology enablement team.
