Kirkland & Ellis advised HPEF Capital Partners on the sale of its majority interest in The Executive Centre (“TEC”) to a consortium led by KKR and TIGA Investments. TEC is a leading provider of premium flexible office space solutions in Greater China, North Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, India, Sri Lanka and the Middle East.
