Kirkland Counsels Clearlake on Decision to Acquire BakeMark

Kirkland & Ellis represented Clearlake Capital Group in its execution of definitive agreements to acquire BakeMark USA, a manufacturer and distributor of bakery ingredients, products and supplies, from Pamplona Capital Management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
