Kirkland Advises Quantum Energy Partners on Formation of HEQ Deepwater

Kirkland & Ellis advised Quantum Energy Partners (Quantum), a leading provider of private equity capital to the global energy industry, in its partnership with Houston Energy, one of the premier privately-held independent oil and gas companies in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, to form HEQ Deepwater with more than $400 million of equity capital commitments from Quantum and management.
