Kirkland Advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on its IPO on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Antin Infrastructure Partners (Antin), on its initial public offering on the Euronext Paris Stock Exchange. The IPO values Antin’s market capitalisation at €4.1 billion. The IPO will enable Antin, one of the world’s leading infrastructure investment firms with approximately €19 billion in commitments from its global fund investor base, to accelerate growth and diversify its investment portfolio. This is the largest IPO to take place on Euronext Paris to date in 2021.
