Kirkland Represents Vista Equity Portfolio Company Jamf in Successful Offering of $378M of Convertible Senior Notes
Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners portfolio company Jamf Holding Corp. on its first convertible bond and capped call transaction. Jamf is the standard in Apple Enterprise Management and its cloud software platform is the only vertically focused Apple infrastructure and security platform of scale in the world. The offering closed on September 17, 2020. Jamf, which was Vista’s second IPO ever and the largest IPO in Minnesota history, currently trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “JAMF.”
