Kirkland Represents Cint Group AB on $1.07 Billion Acquisition of Lucid
Kirkland & Ellis advised Cint Group AB (publ), a leading insights and analytics company, on its acquisition of Lucid, a programmatic research technology platform, for $1.07 billion. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of 2021.
