Kirkland Advises EUSA Pharma (UK) on its Sale to Recordati

Kirkland & Ellis is advising EW Healthcare Partners and other shareholders on the sale of EUSA Pharma to Recordati for an enterprise value of €750 million. EUSA Pharma is a world-class pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of 4 rare and niche oncology products and extensive commercial operations in the EMEA and United States, alongside a presence in other international markets.
