Kalish Mullen Joins Kirkland & Ellis as a Debt Finance Partner in Paris

Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Kalish Mullen joins the Firm as a partner in the Debt Finance Group in the Paris office. 

Mr. Mullen’s practice involves advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of secured lending and financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and securitizations. He holds dual qualifications in France and the United Kingdom. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Kalish to Kirkland,” said Paris-based corporate partner Vincent Ponsonnaille. “He is our first debt finance partner in the Paris office, and will be an asset to clients doing deals in France and across Europe.” 

Kirkland’s Paris office opened in 2019 to serve clients doing business in France and throughout Europe, leading on complex mergers, acquisitions and investments for financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds.
