Kirkland Represents Lincolnshire Management on Sale of Schumacher Electric Corporation

Kirkland & Ellis advised Lincolnshire Management, Inc., a private equity firm focused on investing in and acquiring growing middle market companies, on the sale of its portfolio company, Schumacher Electric Corporation, a manufacturer of auto and industrial battery chargers, jump starters and other power accessories, to Ripple Industries LLC, a family-backed investment firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Kirkland had represented Lincolnshire Management on its acquisition of Schumacher Electric Corporation from the founding family in October 2020.
