Kirkland Advises Allied on Strategic Investment in Waste Eliminator
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, in its strategic investment in Waste Eliminator, LLC, a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for commercial and industrial waste generators throughout Metro-Atlanta. Together, AIP and management have committed more than $150 million in capital to grow the platform. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Thomas Laughlin and Paul Knowlton; debt finance partners Will Bos and Jordan Roberts and associate Michelle Williamson; investment funds partner Matt Nadworny and associate Linda Dahl; and tax partner Steve Butler.
