Kirkland Advises GIC on Investment in Unither
Kirkland & Ellis is advising GIC, a global institutional investor, on its investment in Unither, a leading European pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation.
The consortium comprises GIC and IK Partners, entering the equity, as well as Keensight Capital, Parquest and the Management team led by Eric Goupil, reinforcing their existing positions.
Completion of the transaction is subject to relevant legal and regulatory approvals.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Laurent Victor-Michel, Louis Gosset, David Higgins and Henry Birch, and antitrust partners Mark Gardner and Carla Hine and associate Sandeep Ravikumar.
