Kirkland Advises Sterling on its Sale to Blue Wolf

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Sterling Site Access Solutions, a leading, vertically-integrated provider of temporary ground protection and site access services, in its sale to Blue Wolf Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
