Kirkland Advises Verdad Resources on Membership Interest Purchase Agreement with Peoria Resources

Kirkland & Ellis advised Verdad Resources Intermediate Holdings, LLC in connection with a definitive agreement whereby Peoria Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of JAPEX (U.S.) Corp., the overseas consolidated subsidiary of Japan Petroleum Exploration Co. Ltd., will acquire the operated oil and gas business of Verdad in the Colorado DJ Basin.
