Kirkland Advises Trintech on Acquisition of Financial Reconciliation Business from Fiserv

Kirkland & Ellis advised software provider Trintech on the acquisition of Fiserv’s reconciliation business. Trintech provides cloud-based integrated reconciliation and financial close solutions for finance and accounting departments. The acquisition will provide Trintech with Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation, which are used by more than 400 blue-chip clients globally. The acquisition will bring Trintech’s headcount to nearly 700.
