Kirkland Advises Bernhard Capital-Backed Allied on its Purchase of Dominion
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Allied Group Holdings, LLC, a full-service provider of power plant services owned by Bernhard Capital Partners, on the purchase of Dominion Engineering, Inc., a leading provider of field service equipment, technology and specialized engineering services to the nuclear power industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
