Kirkland Represents Argano on Acquisition of Attentis Consulting
Kirkland & Ellis advised Argano, a digital services consultancy focused exclusively on high performance business operations, on its acquisition of Attentis Consulting, a seasoned business of Salesforce consultants serving healthcare clients across the U.S. and globally. This acquisition advances the second phase of Argano's strategic growth plan, which includes the recently announced Real Dynamics and Netlogistik acquisitions. Kirkland also advised Argano on these transactions.
