Designed to scale up to 10 gigawatts, this landmark project underscores Crusoe's ability to rapidly build large-scale AI infrastructure projects, while leveraging Tallgrass’ expertise in large-scale, multicommodity, energy infrastructure development to accelerate speed to market.
The Kirkland team included corporate lawyers Melissa Kalka, David Feirstein and Allan Kirk; energy regulatory lawyer Drew Stuyvenberg; real estate lawyers Cody Sonntag and Kevin Ehrhart; and debt finance lawyer Rohit Chaudhry.
