Kirkland Advises Point Broadband on Inaugural Securitization

Kirkland & Ellis advised Point Broadband, a regional internet and network services provider that builds and operates fiber optic and fixed wireless networks serving the wholesale and consumer markets, on its inaugural asset backed securitization bond offering totaling $725,100,000 in secured notes, comprised of variable funding notes and term notes. This facility will allow for continued expansion of Point Broadband’s network services in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and beyond. The transaction closed on July 16, 2025.
