Kirkland & Ellis advised Blue Sea Capital, LLC on the acquisition of MicroCare Holdings, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MicroCare is a leading provider of innovative branded consumables for non-discretionary precision cleaning applications across healthcare, aerospace & defense, data centers, electronics and other consequential markets.
