Kirkland Advises Trace3 on Sale to Apollo

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm American Securities and Trace3, a leading provider of enterprise and commercial technology solutions, on the sale of Trace3 to funds managed by affiliates of Apollo (NYSE: APO). American Securities will retain a significant minority equity interest in the company. Trace3 is a leading digital transformation and IT solutions provider to commercial and enterprise clients. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
