Kirkland Advises Arctos Partners and Hayfin Shareholders on Strategic Minority Partnerships with Mubadala, AXA IM Prime and Samsung Life
Kirkland & Ellis advised Arctos Partners and the Hayfin executive management team on the strategic partnerships with Mubadala, AXA IM Prime and Samsung Life Insurance. Hayfin is a London-based alternative asset manager with approximately €33 billion of assets under management. Mubadala, AXA IM Prime and Samsung Life will acquire a minority interest in Hayfin and leverage their capabilities and expertise to support the Hayfin investment strategy.
