Kirkland Advises Aspen Midstream II on Partnership with Encap Flatrock Midstream

Kirkland & Ellis advised Aspen Midstream II, LLC, a newly-formed Dallas, Texas-based company, on its partnership with Encap Flatrock Midstream. Backed by an equity commitment from Encap Flatrock, Aspen II will pursue midstream infrastructure opportunities across North America, primarily targeting natural gas transmission and last-mile solutions to support unprecedented gas demand growth.
