Kirkland Advises Kodiak Gas Services on Offering of Common Stock by Selling Stockholder
Kirkland & Ellis advised Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (NYSE: KGS), a leading contract compression services provider in the United States, on its underwritten offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock by Frontier TopCo Partnership, L.P., an affiliate of the funds known as EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV, resulting in total gross proceeds of $344.0 million.
