Overview

Jennifer Wu is a capital markets partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jennifer counsels companies across the technology and energy industries and investment banking firms in public offerings, including initial public offerings, high yield notes offerings and "at-the-market" offerings. In addition, she advises issuers on federal securities law compliance, special committee representation and ongoing corporate governance and Exchange Act reporting matters. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers (Thomson Reuters) each year from 2019–2022 and serves on Law360’s Capital Markets Editorial Advisory Board.
