• Actis in its acquisition of a co-control stake in Catalyze, a distributed solar and battery storage infrastructure developer
• ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. II in its $1.75 billion combination with Opal Fuels LLC, a vertically integrated producer and distributor of renewable natural gas, resulting in Opal Fuels Inc. (NASDAQ: OPAL, OPALW)
• Gates Frontier in connection with its additional investment in TerraPower, a leading nuclear innovation company, in its $750 million fundraising round co-led by Gates Frontier and SK Inc. and SK Innovation
