Kirkland Advises Arcline Investment Management on Close of $6 Billion Fund IV
Kirkland & Ellis advised Arcline Investment Management on the formation of Arcline Capital Partners IV LP, which held its final closing October 15th with total primary fund capital commitments of $6 billion.
The Kirkland team included investment funds lawyers Barry Le Vine, Arman Zadeh, David King, Monique Groen, David Kim, Sophie Beirne and Sewit Mehanzel; tax lawyers Lee Morlock and Steven Cantor; and investment funds regulatory lawyers Matt Cohen and Radhika Kshatriya.
