Kirkland Advises King Salman Park Foundation on the Development and Construction of US$1 Billion Mixed Use Development District
Kirkland & Ellis is advising the King Salman Park Foundation, in partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and SEDCO Capital, on the development of a mixed-use development district in Riyadh as a part of the Kingdom’s Vision2030. The project will develop a vibrant urban neighbourhood within the King Salman Park – a key pillar of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 – and one of the world's largest urban parks. The project comprises a mixed-use area centred around the residential neighbourhood, featuring more than 600 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, 45,000 square meters of office space, and a range of retail and service facilities, over a total area of 106,000 square metres. The project represents a new benchmark for sustainable, mixed-use design in Riyadh and reflects the strength of the Kingdom's real estate investment ecosystem.
