Kirkland Advises GI Partners on Acquisition of Digita Group from DigitalBridge

Kirkland & Ellis is advising GI Partners, a private investment firm, on its acquisition of Digita Group from DigitalBridge Group. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

Digita is an independent, diversified tower company in the Nordics, with nationwide tower portfolios across both Finland and Iceland.
