• The financing of the acquisition of Envirotainer, the leading global provider of mission-critical biopharma transport services.
• The extension of the Synlab group’s loan facilities, including its subsequent IPO financing.
• The financing of the acquisition of the D-Marin group, a leading global marina network, including financing subsequent bolt-on acquisitions.
