Kirkland Advises GI Partners on Debt Backing Netwatch Acquisition
Kirkland & Ellis advised private investment firm GI Partners on the debt financing for its proposed acquisition of Netwatch, a global provider of AI-powered security services. The definitive agreement was announced December 17, 2025, and the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals.
