Kirkland Represents Uplift Investors on Formation of Orion Legal MSO
Kirkland & Ellis advised Uplift Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, on the formation of Orion Legal MSO, a managed service organization supporting leading plaintiff law firms. The transaction marks Uplift’s first platform investment following its launch in 2025.
