Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners and EG Software on €1.4 Billion Refinancing

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Francisco Partners and its portfolio company EG software, a vendor of Nordic vertical software for private and public customers, on its new c. €1.4 billion credit facilities to support a refinancing of its existing facilities.

The Kirkland team includes debt finance lawyers Sam Sherwood, Jerome Hoyle, Ben Egan and Alma Chan; and tax lawyer Anthony Antioch.
