Kirkland Advises Arlington Capital Partners on its Acquisition of Eptec Defence
Kirkland & Ellis represented Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-area private investment firm specializing in government regulated industries, on its definitive agreement to acquire Eptec Defence, a leading remediation and new build preservation services provider for Australian naval defense vessels. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
