Kirkland Advises ESO on Acquisition of d2i

Kirkland & Ellis advised ESO Solutions, Inc., a leading data services and software company serving fire departments, EMS, hospitals and government agencies, on the acquisition of d2i, a healthcare performance improvement company that transforms siloed electronic medical record, revenue cycle management, scheduling and patient experience data into operationally actionable insights for emergency departments and hospitals. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced April 7, 2026.
