Cassandra Zárate is an executive compensation associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on executive compensation and employee benefit matters which includes advising clients with regard to the applicable tax, securities law, and corporate governance of executive compensation arrangements and employment, change in control, severance, bonus and retention agreements. Cassandra’s practice also includes advising clients on employee and compensation-related issues in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and private equity transactions.
