Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners- and New Mountain Capital-backed Office Ally, a leading provider of healthcare technology clearinghouse and software solutions to a national network of healthcare providers, partners and health plans, on the acquisition of Jopari Solutions, Inc., a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty, Commercial and Government healthcare. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
