Kirkland Advises Sentinel Capital-Backed NSI on Acquisition by Hubbell

Kirkland & Ellis advised NSI Industries, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, on a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBB) for $3 billion in cash, subject to customary adjustments. NSI is a leading provider of electrical fittings, connectors, components and wire management products. The transaction is anticipated to close in mid-2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approval.
