Kirkland Advises Hellman & Friedman on Financing for the Acquisition of Hyve
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Hellman & Friedman (H&F) on its financing for the acquisition of Hyve Group, a leading B2B events business, from Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners. H&F’s investment reflects Hyve’s strong growth potential, underpinned by ongoing demand for premium B2B events and ecosystems which are central to Hyve’s business model. The acquisition is expected to complete by the end of the calendar year.
