Kirkland Advises Bain Capital on Acquisition of SupplyOn
Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Tech Opportunities on the acquisition of SupplyOn, a supply chain collaboration platform serving the automotive, aerospace and defense, and other advanced manufacturing sectors across Europe, from its shareholders AUMOVIO, Bosch, Schaeffler and ZF. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
