Kirkland Advises RWE on Investment in Proxima Fusion

Kirkland & Ellis has advised RWE on its investment in Proxima Fusion in connection with Proxima Fusion’s Series A2 financing round.

Proxima Fusion is Europe’s fastest-growing fusion energy company aiming to construct fusion power plants using QI-HTS stellarators. In connection with its investment, RWE will grant Proxima Fusion access to its Gundremmingen site for the construction of the first commercial stellarator fusion plant.
